After studying media technology at the Technical University of Ilmenau, Sonja Langhans worked for several years as a project engineer in public broadcasting. There she focused on new technologies for broadcast networks as well as their standardization, validation and implementation (e.g. Audio over IP, All IP, SMPTE 2110).

As a project manager for major customer projects (including broadcast) with a high proportion of special solutions at an international carrier, she gained further experience in the areas of fixed networks, 5G and directional radio.

In addition to technical know-how, she offers a strong end-to-end focus so that requirements management and process design/optimization always keep the organizational issues as a whole in mind.
